The Journey to Modern Made Organizing..

Hi, thank you for being here! I’m Sammi and I have always had a passion for helping others and for organization. I have been very grateful to have stayed home with my girls for much of their younger years, but I also have a creative side and a desire to work. After much prayer, I decide it was time to combine two of my favorite things!

Prior to organizing, I had the privilege of working alongside oncology patients. I worked as an oncology nurse in the treatment room and that was such a humbling experience. I had the opportunity to develop this skill to be able to care for others during their most vulnerable times. Through the organizing process, my hope is that you will feel heard, respected, and supported as you are walking through the vulnerable chaos of life that can make it hard to be organized.

Through my own journey of motherhood, I have learned how hard it is to balance working outside of the home and still feeling like I am having true relationship with the Lord, meeting the needs of my children, and keeping up with the housework. Oh yeah, and also find time to meal prep, workout, and connect with my wonderful husband! Anyone else exhausted just reading that? Ha!

Organization and decluttering go hand in hand! I think there is so much freedom found in getting rid of the things that no longer serve us purpose or do not have significant meaning. We can live lighter and truly manage the amount of things in our homes and even on our schedules through organization. Maybe you resonate with this, but I also love a really beautiful and functional space.

As a professional organizer, I created Modern Made Organizing to help those that are drowning in the busy schedules and the chaos of life. I am here for those who want to be organized but may not have the time, those who aren’t sure where to start, or those who just need a little encouragement along the way.

I understand that life brings unique challenges and goals to each person. I would love to get to know you and offer a space that is beautifully thought out and designed to function for the season of life you are in.
