What’s included in the hourly rate?

This includes customized layouts and product planning for your space, decluttering, organizing, system and solutions specific for your goals, labeling, and maintenance guidance. As well as any additional shopping, donation removal (one car load per session), and coordination with other service providers, if necessary.

Does the deposit apply to the total project cost?

Yes! If you decide to purchase a package the $400.00 deposit will be applied to the final cost. It is important to note though that, except for under certain circumstances, the $400.00 deposit is non-refundable should the client decide to cancel without rescheduling.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Every project is different! After our consultation, a service will be recommended that I think would allow for us to complete the needs for your space. I will let you know when there are two hours remaining in your package and what is left to accomplish. That way we are on the same page with what is priority to finish. Clients do have the option to upgrade their package at the original rate or add on hourly. What I can tell you is that every minute will be spent working hard to help achieve your goals for the space!

Does this include product?

Product is not included. Each project requires a different amount and type of product. It is also dependent on your budget. For every project, a detailed list of product and approximate estimate is provided. Once the budget has been approved, I will handle all shopping and purchasing, or I can provide you with a recommendation list. All product should be ordered and on site before the start of organizing to maximize our time.

Do I need to be there the entire time?

It is recommended that the client is present during the decluttering process. This allows for you to be able to have help in determining what you would like to keep or donate. If you are someone who can easily and quickly sort through things, you are more than welcome to do this before the session starts. Don’t worry, you don’t have to get rid of everything!

What do you do with the things I no longer want?

There is a local donation center that all donations will go to, up to one carload per session. A tax write off receipt is available upon request. This donation center does an amazing job at distributing resources to help those within the local community and even worldwide. Clients are welcome to take their own donations to a different location or attempt to resale on their own. Your donations will be put to good use!
